Hello!
My name is Ariel and I have been at LaGuardia since the fall of
2004. I am originally
from the Washington D.C. area, but now call New York my home.
My major is International Studies with the Philosophy option.
I am tutoring for the Philosophy department and very much
enjoy working with students on such complex and important issues.
I am looking to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in either Human
Rights (at Columbia University) or Democracy and Cultural Pluralism
(at The New School) and a Graduate Degree at Columbia’s School of
War and Peace in International Conflict Resolution.
I strongly urge students to take courses in the Philosophy
Department; the knowledge and new perspectives gained through these
courses will definitely elevate your intellectual abilities and your
understanding of human nature. I
look forward to working with students in the upcoming semesters. |
